| The parish of Strážný is situated on the Czech-German border area at a height of 834 m above sea-level. It covers a lovely part of the Šumava Forest with romantic secluded spots, long-distance views and deep forests, surrounded by the peaks of Strážný and Chlustov mountains and the Radvanice ridge. The parish has 300 permanent residents at the moment. The hamlets of Řasnice and Hliniště also cadastrally belong to it. |
