Right from the centre of the village a beautiful walk leads past Srní hotel and residential houses to the newly built instructive and experience path along the Hrádecký stream. The information panels describe local fauna, flora and history of the water-mill that used to be here. The trail follows the forest footpath with moderate rise in the last section.

Srní (in direction of Prášily) – starting point in front of the fire station – to the meadows beyond Staré Srní, past the forest nursery – Vchynicko-tetovský canal (to the left) – along the canal towards Hakešická cesta (detour to right up the hill) – Three Lake Fan – Rybárna – Modrava – 13 km (the route is more difficult if you turn to Hakešická cesta, which has a steep superelevation in the length of approx. 2 km)

From Srní to Modrava (10 km)

Srní (in direction of Prášily) – starting point in front of the fire station – to the meadows beyond Staré Srní, past the forest nursery – Vchynicko-tetovský canal (a part of the canal about 2,5 km long forms access road to a pension which is why there is no ski track here) – set on the ski track on the crossroads Rokyta – Vchynice-Tetov – Modrava – approximately 10 km
