The church was built in 1804-1805 in place of a wooden church dated from 1788.
The main altar has been decorated with "páteříky" prayer beads made at Antýgl to date.
The wooden sculpture of Our Lady of Lourdes (placed on the side altar) comes from the pilgrimage Hauswald Chapel, which was blasted out in 1957.
In place of the cemetery cancelled in 1984, there is a Memorial Park with the Table of Conciliation and a memorial plaque saying: "Karel Klostermann - the Apostle of Conciliation between Czechs and Germans".
