A wooded hill with a lookout tower and a tourist chalet at the altitude of 845 metres above see level. It is a dominant of Sušice and popular tourist destination. The stone lookout tower offers panoramic view of the Šumava as well as inland. Svatobor is accessible on foot from the square along the red-marked or blue-marked tourist paths, on bike along the cycling route No. 2031 or by car along the road from Sušice in direction of Hrádek u Sušice.
