The cemetery was probably founded in 1876 and used for burials till 1946. It is situated at the outskirts of Sušice in Křičkova street on the right-hand side by the road from Sušice in direction of Červené Dvorce.

The keys to both Old and New Jewish Cemeteries are available at the Town Information Centre in the building of the Town Hall.
