The rectory was founded in 1728 by Adam František, Prince of Schwarzenberg. It is a two-storey building with the hipped gabled roof and elements of folk architecture. The actor Zdeněk Štěpánek with his family used to come and stay at the rectory for many years. His wife was buried at local cemetery. Adam František of Schwarzenberg also founded the school of Horní Vltavice in the same period.
