The Spicak Mountain (1 221 m high) is known as a centre of winter sports. SKI and SNOWPARK Špičák is located near the hotel. The Sirotek hotel is about 200 m far from altogether 4 ski slopes of diverse difficulties. One of the slopes is covered with artificial snow. Another ski slope falls from the Pancir mountain, where you can get with the chair lift. Its bottom boarding station is just 500 m far from the hotel. In a walking distance from the hotel there are also ski lifts for children. This Area is ideal for both trekking and biking. The recently built BIKEPARK attracts advanced bikers. The Sirotek hotel is only 4 km apart from the two of Sumava's lakes, Cerne jezero (Black lake) and Certovo jezero (Devil's lake) and 500 m far from the chair lift which takes you to the top of the Pancir mountain. By crossing the border at Bayerischer Eisenstein you can make trips to the German side of the Sumava mountains. There you can climb up the Grossen Arber mountain (the highest Sumava's mountain - 1 459 m high), visit the Arbersee lake or just walk through the Bayerischer Nationalpark. To reach the German side of the Sumava mountains you can also take a train. History lovers can visit the towns Klatovy, Susice or Domazlice, which are located in distance of approx. 40 km and are accessible either by car or by bus. In Germany you can visit the cultural centres such as Passau, Regensburg (about 100 km distant) and München (approx. 200 km far from the Sirotek hotel). In the relaxation and sport areas located near to the hotel it is possible to play tennis or mini-golf or to exercise in the fitness room, all this for an extra fee. Accommodation: The total capacity of the Sirotek hotel is 61 beds. 10 x double roomsMost of the rooms have their own toilettes and bathrooms. It is possible to have additional beds in all rooms. The restaurant serves warm meals during all day. Guests can also enjoy drinks at a hotel bar or in a wine room. Moreover it is possible to organise meals for large tourist groups. Access routes: You can reach the Sirotek hotel via the main road directions Plzen - Klatovy - Nyrsko - Spicak or Klatovy - Cachrov - Zelezna Ruda or Susice - Hartmanice - Zelezna Ruda - Spicak. In front of the hotel there is parking place, where the hotel guest can park toll free. The railway station "Spicak" is about 300 m far from the Sirotek hotel and in order to reach the closest bus stop one needs to walk just 200 m. Kontakt:
